NAMU DURHAM
MOTION DESIGN
PRE-PRODUCTION/ANIMATION
One day the owner came to me, and asked me if I could create a video directing customers how to find the venue, as it’s tucked away in a unique area off of a confusing road. So, I decided to create a motion graphics piece that was informative but creative and fun to maintain the viewers' attention.

DIRECTING/VIDEOGRAPHY/EDITING
If you’re ever looking for delicious Korean street food style meals, great selection of drinks, and an amazing venue, Namu Durham is the place to be. It’s been really cool to see their business thrive to where it is now. Having been a part of that story means a lot. There were many things to showcase here. The delicious food, the story behind how Namu became Namu, the coffee, the amazing venue. The list goes on and on. My goal was to introduce this amazing establishment to the people of Durham.

PRODUCT PLACEMENT/PHOTOGRAPHY/EDITING
It was important to feature unique items on the menu that set Namu Durham apart. For example, the Korean alcoholic beverages that were introducing the community to a delicious style of drink that they may not have heard of. Additionally, if I had a chance to feature the unique elements of the venue in subtle ways, the more the merrier.
